Key Terminology

Contacts
Section titled “Contacts”Contacts represent individuals in your network, including:

Hotsheets
Section titled “Hotsheets”Hotsheets are automated property alert systems. When you create a hotsheet with specific criteria (location, price range, property type, etc.), the system automatically notifies you and/or your clients when matching properties become available.
Messages & Chat Requests
Section titled “Messages & Chat Requests”Life & Homes includes integrated communication tools:
- Messages: Direct messaging with clients and colleagues
- Chat Requests: Incoming inquiries from potential clients
Showings
