Calendar

The Calendar gives you a unified view of everything on your schedule. It pulls together tasks, showings, and scheduled social media posts so you can see your day, week, or month at a glance.

Open Calendar from the sidebar to see what’s coming up.

The default view. Shows a traditional calendar grid with events displayed on their scheduled dates.

  • Up to 3 events show per day (2 on mobile)
  • If there are more, you’ll see “+X more” – click to see the full list
  • Events are color-coded by type

Shows 7 days with hourly time slots. All-day events appear in a section at the top.

Use the dropdown in the header to switch between Month and Week view.


The calendar displays three types of events, each with its own color scheme:

Tasks appear based on their due date. They show the task title.

Colors: Blues, greens, purples, pinks, yellows

Click a task to open it in a modal where you can view details and make edits.

Showings display with their type and either the property address or client name.

  • Open houses show: “Open House: [Street Address]”
  • Client showings show: “[Type]: [Client Name]”

Colors: Oranges, reds, cyans, emeralds, violets

Click a showing to open a details panel with full information about the property, client, and showing status.

Scheduled social posts appear with the platform (IG or FB) and post type (Listing Post or Agent Brand Post).

Colors: Sky, lime, amber, slate

Click a social post to navigate to the post detail page.


  • Previous/Next arrows – Move backward or forward by month (in month view) or week (in week view)
  • Today button – Jump back to the current date

Click any date in the calendar to select it. In month view, this highlights the date. In week view, this scrolls to that day.


  • Showings – Manage property viewings that appear on your calendar
  • Contacts – Tasks are often linked to specific contacts
