Showings
Overview
Section titled “Overview”Showings lets you schedule property viewings, track their status, and collect feedback from clients afterward. Each showing is tied to a specific listing, so you can see the complete showing history for any property you’re managing.

Showing Types
Section titled “Showing Types”When you create a showing, pick the type that fits:
| Type | Use for |
|---|---|
| In Person | Standard property tours with client present |
| Virtual | Video call walkthroughs (Zoom, FaceTime, etc.) |
| Open House | Public events where anyone can attend |
| Broker Preview | Agent-only previews before public showings |
Scheduling a Showing
Section titled “Scheduling a Showing”Click New Showing to create one.

Basic Details
Section titled “Basic Details”- Date and time – When the showing happens
- Duration – 30 minutes to 4 hours
- Type – In Person, Virtual, Open House, or Broker Preview
Client Information
Section titled “Client Information”- Name – Who you’re showing to
- Phone and email – Contact info
- Pre-qualified – Toggle if they’re already pre-approved for financing
Access Details
Section titled “Access Details”- Access instructions – Gate codes, parking info, how to get in
- Lockbox code – Entry code for the property
Notifications
Section titled “Notifications”Toggle who gets notified about this showing:
- Notify listing agent – Alert the listing agent
- Notify seller – Alert the property owner
- Request feedback – Prompt for feedback after the showing
Showing Status
Section titled “Showing Status”Each showing moves through these statuses:

|---|---|
| Scheduled | Booked but not yet confirmed |
| Confirmed | Client confirmed they’ll be there |
| Completed | Showing happened |
| Canceled | Called off before it happened |
| No Show | Client didn’t show up |
Update the status by clicking on a showing and changing it in the details panel.
Bulk Updates
Section titled “Bulk Updates”Need to update multiple showings at once? Select them using the checkboxes, then use the bulk update option to change their status together.
Viewing Your Showings
Section titled “Viewing Your Showings”The showings list has three tabs:
- All – Every showing
- Upcoming – Future showings only
- Open Houses – Just open house events
Each entry shows the date, time, client name, status badge, and showing type. Click any row to see full details.
Open Houses
Section titled “Open Houses”Open houses have extra settings that regular showings don’t:

- Max attendees – Cap how many people can register (up to 100)
- Registration required – Toggle whether people need to sign up beforehand
- Public description – Marketing copy that appears on public listings
These fields only appear when you select “Open House” as the showing type.
Collecting Feedback
Section titled “Collecting Feedback”After a showing, record what the client thought. Open the showing details and fill in the feedback section.

Ratings (1-5 scale)
Section titled “Ratings (1-5 scale)”- Overall interest – How interested are they overall?
- Property condition – What did they think of the property’s state?
- Location – How do they feel about the neighborhood?
- Price – Does the price seem fair to them?
Written Feedback
Section titled “Written Feedback”- Likes – What they loved about the property
- Dislikes – What turned them off
- General comments – Any other notes
Next Steps
Section titled “Next Steps”- Interested in making offer – Yes/no toggle
- Follow-up date – When to check back with them
Statistics
Section titled “Statistics”At the top of the showings page, stats cards show:

- Total showings – All-time count
- This week – Showings in the current week
- By status – Counts for scheduled, completed, canceled, no-show
- Conversion rate – Percentage interested in making offers
- Average rating – Mean of overall interest ratings
