Listings
Overview
Section titled “Overview”Listings is where you’ll spend most of your time. It’s the central hub for finding properties for your clients and managing your own active listings. You can browse the MLS, filter down to exactly what your buyer needs, and when you’re representing a seller, create and manage your listings from start to finish.
Browsing Listings
Section titled “Browsing Listings”When you open Listings from the sidebar, you’ll see all available properties with filters on the left and your results on the right.

View Modes
Section titled “View Modes”Switch between three different ways to see your results:
- Cards – Property photos front and center. Great for quickly scanning options and getting a feel for each listing.
- Table – Spreadsheet-style rows with sortable columns. Best when you’re comparing specific details like price, days on market, or square footage across many properties.
- Map – See where properties are located geographically. Click any pin to preview the listing.

Filtering
Section titled “Filtering”The filter sidebar lets you narrow results by:
- Location – City, ZIP code, or county
- Price range – Min and max
- Property type – Residential, Commercial, Multi-Family, Land
- Beds & baths – Minimum counts
- Size – Square footage and lot size ranges
- Features – Pool, waterfront, fireplace, smart home, and 30+ other tags
- Listing details – Days on market, year built, stories

You can combine as many filters as you need. Results update automatically.
Status Tabs
Section titled “Status Tabs”At the top of your results, tabs let you filter by listing status:
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Active | Currently on the market |
| Pending | Under contract |
| Coming Soon | Not yet active, but visible to agents |
| Closed | Sold |
| Withdrawn/Expired | No longer available |
Each status shows a colored badge so you can quickly scan what you’re looking at.
Creating a New Listing
Section titled “Creating a New Listing”Click New Listing to start the creation flow. You’ll walk through a series of steps—the exact number depends on property type (residential has 8 steps, commercial and multi-family have 10).

Step 1: Property Type
Section titled “Step 1: Property Type”First, pick what you’re listing:
- Residential (single-family, condo, townhouse, etc.)
- Commercial Sale or Lease
- Multi-Family
- Land
Your selection determines which fields appear in later steps.
Step 2: Property & Listing Details
Section titled “Step 2: Property & Listing Details”Enter the basics:
- Property address
- MLS number
- List price and list date
- Expiration date (optional)
- Status (Active, Coming Soon, etc.)
Step 3: Marketing Content
Section titled “Step 3: Marketing Content”This is where you write the description buyers will see. You’ve got two fields:
- Public Remarks – Visible to everyone
- Private Remarks – Agents only
You can also add custom tags (pool, updated kitchen, mountain views) and link to a virtual tour or property website.

Step 4: Property Features
Section titled “Step 4: Property Features”For residential and multi-family listings, you’ll specify:
- Interior details (appliances, flooring, etc.)
- Exterior details (siding, roof type)
- Amenities (check all that apply)
Land listings skip this step.
Step 5: Financial Info
Section titled “Step 5: Financial Info”Tax assessments, HOA fees, and compensation details. Commercial listings also include estimated income and expenses.
Step 6: Office & Broker Info
Section titled “Step 6: Office & Broker Info”Your listing office and broker details.
Step 7: Images
Section titled “Step 7: Images”Upload property photos. Drag to reorder and select which one should be the cover image.

Step 8: Documents
Section titled “Step 8: Documents”Upload disclosures, inspection reports, contracts, or any other documents you want attached to the listing.
Step 9: Review & Activate
Section titled “Step 9: Review & Activate”Review everything before going live. Once you activate, the listing is published.

AI Assistant
Section titled “AI Assistant”The AI Assistant helps you write listing descriptions without starting from a blank page. It pulls from the property data you’ve already entered—beds, baths, features, location—and generates copy you can use or customize.

You’ll find the AI Assistant button in the Marketing Content step. Click it, wait a few seconds, and review what it produces. If you like it, apply it directly. If not, edit as needed or regenerate.
Managing Your Listings
Section titled “Managing Your Listings”After creating a listing, you can always go back and edit it. Open the listing from your results and click Edit—you’ll see the same stepper interface, pre-filled with your existing data.
From the listing detail page, you can:
- Update price, status, or description
- Add or remove photos and documents
- Track views and engagement
