Hotsheets

Hotsheets let you monitor what’s happening in the MLS without manually searching every day. Filter by event type, location, property specs, and time frame to see exactly the market activity you care about. Save your filter combinations for quick access later.

Hotsheets track five types of market activity:

Status ChangeUpdates like Active → Pending or Pending → Sold
Open HouseScheduled open house events
Recently SoldProperties that have closed

Toggle each event type on or off using the filter pills at the top of the page. The count next to each shows how many matching events exist.

Card View – Property photos with key details. Easier to browse visually.

Once you’ve set up filters you’ll want to reuse, save them as a hotsheet.

[SCREENSHOT of saving a new hotsheet]

  1. Set your filters the way you want them
  2. Click Save or Create New List
  3. Give it a name (e.g., “Downtown Condos Under 500K”)
  4. The hotsheet appears in your saved list

You can mark one hotsheet as your default. When you open the Hotsheets page, that one loads automatically instead of starting with blank filters.

From the hotsheet selector, you can:

  • Rename – Change the name
  • Duplicate – Copy it with “(Copy)” added to the name
  • Add Notes – Save notes about who it’s for or what you’re tracking
  • Delete – Remove it permanently
