Social Media
Overview
Section titled “Overview”Social Media lets you create and publish posts to Instagram and Facebook without leaving Life & Homes. You can promote your listings, share market tips, or build your personal brand—all with AI-generated captions and optional branded images.

Connecting Your Accounts
Section titled “Connecting Your Accounts”Before you can post, you’ll need to connect your social accounts. Life & Homes supports Instagram Business and Facebook Page accounts (both connect through Facebook’s business integration).
Head to Social Media in the sidebar and click the Accounts tab. Click Connect Account, and you’ll be walked through Facebook’s OAuth flow. Once connected, your account appears with its status and when the connection token expires.

You can:
- Refresh Token – Renew the connection before it expires
- Disconnect – Remove the account from Life & Homes
Creating Posts
Section titled “Creating Posts”Click Create Post to start. You’ll choose between two types:
Listing Posts
Section titled “Listing Posts”These are tied to one of your properties. Pick the listing, then select a post type:
| Post Type | Use it for |
|---|---|
| New Listing | Announcing a property that just hit the market |
| Open House | Promoting an upcoming open house |
| Just Sold | Celebrating a closed sale |
| Price Reduction | Highlighting a price drop |

Agent Brand Posts
Section titled “Agent Brand Posts”These aren’t tied to a listing—they’re for educational content, market updates, or anything else you want to share. Just enter a topic (like “5 tips for first-time buyers”) and the AI takes it from there.

Images
Section titled “Images”You can upload your own images (up to 10, max 10MB each) or let the system generate a branded template. If you don’t upload anything, a professional-looking image is created automatically based on your listing or topic.
Platforms
Section titled “Platforms”Select which platforms you want to post to—Instagram, Facebook, or both. You can target each post individually.
Generate with AI
Section titled “Generate with AI”Once you’ve filled in the details, click Generate Post with AI. The system creates a caption (and optionally an image) based on your listing details or topic. You’ll see a preview before anything gets published.
Publishing & Scheduling
Section titled “Publishing & Scheduling”After generating a post, you have two options:
- Publish Now – Post immediately to your selected platforms
- Schedule – Pick a future date and time

Scheduled posts are queued and published automatically when the time comes.
Post Status
Section titled “Post Status”Each post has a status badge so you know where it stands:
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Draft | Created but not published or scheduled |
| Scheduled | Queued for a future date |
| Publishing | Being sent to platforms right now |
| Published | Successfully posted |
| Partial | Posted to some platforms but failed on others |
| Failed | Publishing failed entirely |
If you’re posting to multiple platforms, you can see the status for each one individually in the post detail view.
Managing Posts
Section titled “Managing Posts”From the main Social Media page, you’ll see all your posts in a grid. Each card shows the image, title, caption preview, status, and which platforms it’s targeting.
