Dashboard

The Dashboard is where you land when you log in. It’s a performance monitoring hub that gives you an at-a-glance view of your real estate business—active listings, recent activity, and the metrics that matter.

At the top of the Dashboard, you’ll see six metric cards showing your key numbers:

MetricWhat it tracks
Active ListingsProperties you currently have on the market
Showings This WeekScheduled property viewings
New ContactsLeads you’ve added recently
Tasks DueAction items waiting for you
Avg Days on MarketHow long your listings sit before selling
Total ViewsPage views across all your listings

Each card shows the current value and a percentage change compared to the previous period. Green means you’re up, red means you’re down.

Below the metrics, you’ll find a table breaking down how each of your active listings is performing.

The table includes:

  • Property – Address (click to open the listing)
  • List Price – Current asking price
  • MLS Status – Active, Pending, or Contingent (color-coded badges)
  • Days on Market – How long it’s been listed
  • Views – Page views (you’ll see a fire icon if it’s getting hot traffic)
  • Showings – Number of scheduled showings

Click any column header to sort. On mobile, this switches to a card layout that’s easier to scroll through.

The Activity Feed shows what’s happened in the last 7 days. It’s a timeline of actions and updates, including:

  • Listing updates – Changes to your properties
  • New contacts – Leads you’ve added
  • Showings scheduled – Upcoming property viewings
  • Tasks created – New action items
  • Price changes – Adjustments to list prices

Each item shows when it happened and links to the related listing, contact, or showing. Items that need your attention are flagged with an “Action Required” badge.

By default, the Dashboard shows data for the current week. You can change this with the date range selector at the top:

  • Week – Last 7 days
  • Month – Last 30 days
  • Quarter – Last 90 days
  • Year – Last 365 days

Hit the refresh button if you want to pull the latest data manually—though the Dashboard auto-refreshes every few minutes anyway.

You can also toggle which widgets are visible if you want a cleaner view. Your preferences are saved, so they’ll stick around next time you log in.

  • Listings – Manage your properties and create new listings
